I enjoy cooking, it one of my passions. But baking is another story, I have always hated baking, often it just ends up sticking to everything and frustrating me. Well, I decided to give it a go and made a sour dough bread (classic Pain Blanc). The frustration? Well it was there, but the end result was quite good.
